"After Juda, the technician took X-rays of my teeth, I knew I wanted to write a review. She was so kind to me. I warned her that I gag a lot when I get X-rays, she reassured me that it's very common and I shouldn't worry. She was very personable and we shared our tattoo stories with each other. Our conversation really distracted me. Dr. Shah, the dentist's exam was very good. She was very attentive, listened and addressed all of my teeth concerns and assured me that I will get all of the necessary work I need. She has a peaceful demeanor which I need because I'm quite nervous at the dentist. Ruzana, the hygienist was very nice and very thorough. She complimented me that I brush my teeth well. I haven't gotten a great cleaning like she gave me in a very long time! Finally, Yvonne, who worked at front desk was very efficient. She's the first face you see when you walk into the bright and clean office and she greeted my son and I pleasantly and professional. I was grateful that my friend referred me to this great dental office!"

"Best experience I had with a dentist. I had multiple issues because my previous dentist didn’t do the work in a timely manner. Dr. Shah seen me right away and assessed that my tooth has to come out because it was an old root canal that got infected. Dr. Kaufman squeezed me in that same day to evaluate and offered to extract same day. He explained everything in detail. He made sure I was as comfortable as possible and made me aware of the procedure step by step as he was doing it. So I knew what I was feeling and why. I didn’t feel a thing actually. The front desk staff was also very friendly and detailed when explaining the benefits and what would be covered by my insurance. She gave me options and ways to do the work affordably. All around great experience. They disinfected all surfaces and took proper steps to ensure a clean environment. Everyone answered all questions asked. They were all knowledgeable."
